Monica Martines - Co-Chief Executive Director
Monica leads a purpose-driven existence, devoting herself to the betterment of others through her multifaceted roles as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Life Coach, and Fitness Instructor. She expertly manages the daily affairs of various responsibilities, including spearheading social media initiatives, overseeing e-commerce endeavors, and cultivating important relationships with corporate donors.
Alex Mejia / Co-Chief Executive Director
Being from the Bay Area, Mejia has a strong musical bond with the 90's era of the People Station, which motivated him to use his talents to serve the community. From 2008, Mejia has been DJing events and bringing together a team of Super All-Star DJs to support and raise funds for communities in need. He is also fostering a sense of togetherness within the music community. For Mejia, it has always been a priority to combine food, dance, and charitable giving as a way to give back to the community in an enjoyable manner.

Becoming business partners and uniting an entire team has taken them to the next level. Now they provide the live music with Platinum Artist, Superstar DJs, Unique Silent auctions, live auctions and streaming to the Beats 4 Hope events. They both have the drive to help people in their time of need and help other charities.
Beats 4 Hope Board Members are not compensated and all the funds generated at our events or shop go to charity. We are currently seeking in-kind and financial donations, sponsorships, and grants for future fundraising events. If you are passionate about helping out our cause and making a difference, let's set up a meeting. Beats 4 Hope is a non-profit 501(c)(3)
